Sometimes there are delays due to weather conditions or other unpredictable conditions; Xiboro Byem is not responsible for any delays by the courier company.

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. Shipments with incomplete addresses will be returned to the buyer by the courier company.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, not worn and washed, and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Only use a trackable shipping service when returning an item to ensure its safe and timely arrival. The payment processing fees are not refundable to Xiboro and to the Buyer.
